Afterplace is an exciting indie game designed specifically for mobile devices. It offers players a vast open world brimming with hidden secrets, treasures, and creatures. Embark on thrilling adventures through the forest, engaging in battles with menacing monsters and interacting with intriguing characters. The game brings all these experiences right to your pocket!

However, be warned - the forest in Afterplace is full of mysteries, and not all paths are clearly marked. Journey through concealed labyrinths and dungeons hidden in the nooks and crannies of the world. Unlike many games, Afterplace doesn't provide waypoints or predetermined paths for players. You'll have the freedom to forge your own trail.

One of the standout features of Afterplace is its thoughtful design for mobile devices. The game has been meticulously crafted to offer a fast, fluid, and visually stunning experience. Gone are the virtual buttons commonly found in mobile games; instead, you can control movement and combat simply by touching anywhere on the screen. Interacting and attacking objects can be done through direct tapping or by using both thumbs as you would with a traditional controller. Furthermore, Afterplace adapts dynamically to your unique playstyle.

About the Author:

Afterplace is a labor of love created by Evan Kice, a former software engineer from Austin, Texas. Evan made the bold decision to quit his job (much to the surprise of friends and family) and has dedicated his full-time efforts to developing Afterplace since early 2019. The game initially released in December 2022, and Evan plans to continue supporting and refining it as time allows.
